Good.
All staff friendly and courteous, put patient at ease, efficient, kept asking if OK. Checked name and DOB and allergies a few times.
What to improve?
Nil. Everything went smoothly.

Janet Small was extremely helpful and caring and looked after my grand-dad well. She cared about his well being in terms of blood pressure and him feeling cold. She is amazing.

Oh! My nurse was very kind and considerate, she listened to everything what I said to her. Everyone was lovely and friendly. Before and after wards. I cannot fault the care that I received. It was impeccable. Before, during and after wards. Thank you everyone!.
